You must serve to lead
But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. Mat20:26-27. Jesus is our example. You must rule with a servants heart, and serve like a king. It’s all about your heart, when people become your priority in whatever you do, you will be blessed. It’s all about relationships with those we live with, work with and spend time with. There is no room for titles, pride or position, but rather a heart of passion, passion for your cause and heart for justice and to see God’s kingdom come in whatever you do. Leadership comes with much responsibility and to whom much is given, much is expected. Everything we do must honour God. Praise God today that His way is the only way, and that as we live our lives with a heart of love and consideration for each other we will be blessed in everything we do.
