Keep your eyes on what lasts forever

For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. 1Tim 4:8. We can spend a lifetime keeping busy doing what’s urgent, but not what’s important. We can keep ourselves physically fit that is good for our body, but not for our Spirit that lasts forever. We allow our circumstances to dictate our actions rather than prioritising in our heart what we know is most important of all. Let’s make a decision to train ourselves spiritually that will last forever by spending time in prayer and keeping close to God. He will order our steps and help us to see what’s important. We will desire what He desires for our life so that we can live a blessed and fulfilled life. Praise God today that as we keep close to Him each day, He will order our steps and priorities so we can live a blessed life now and forever. Prayerchair.org
