You are a friend of God

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.. so now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God. Rom5:8,11. Jesus has bridged the gap between our failings and Gods perfect love so that now God calls you “friend”. He knows everything about you and yet He loves you beyond measure. He knows your name and wants to spend more time with you. Even though He knows exactly where you are, its in the sharing that you release your trust and faith in Him. As you draw nearer to God you will see God move in even greater measure in your life. As you spend more time with Him you will sense how God speaks to you with even greater clarity. Praise Him today that the  creator of heaven and earth calls you”friend” and desires to spend time with you so He can show you how much more He can do in your life.
