Allow God to be your strength when under stress

Short-tempered people do foolish things Pr 14:17a. Short tempered people react they don’t respond, often with a knee jerk reaction that firstly causes more harm that’s usually followed by regret later. A momentary flare up can cause a life time in damage. It’s so important to also deal with the cause of a short temper such as pressure, and allow the love of Jesus to be our strength as we learn to trust Him in faith so that we can rest in His peace. Also never react without thinking, hold back your words and count slowly to 3 to allow you to gather your thoughts before responding. Let your words be encouraging, uplfting and supportive, think – what would Jesus do or say. Thank Jesus today that He loves you beyond measure. He already knows what’s on your heart, so bring whatever is effecting you to the foot of the cross so that His healing hand can reach out to deal with whatever your need is today.
