Don’t be an unbelieving believer

“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” The father instantly cried out, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” Mk9:23-24. It’s our believing unbelief that can steal so much of what God has for us, when we say we believe, but more for somebody else, or we believe, but we don’t think we’re worthy enough, or we believe, but deny God on some other unfounded idea. God’s Word is the same yesterday, today and forever. God doesn’t have mood swings or good and bad days, His Word is final, so just believe it, without conditions, and keep thanking God for it until you see it. None of us are perfect and that’s why we’re saved by grace and live under grace. Just believe and hold fast to God’s Word, His truth, the only truth and you will see God move in greater dimensions in your life. Praise God today that He is faithful to His Word to fulfil it in your life.
