God never promised us an easy life, but He will be our strength in all things if we allow Him

God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. Jm1:12. God never promised us an easy life. We live in a world where we must deal with temptations, difficult situations where we could be compromised, or hurt by others either intentionally or unintentionally. We cant control what happens to us but we can control how we deal with things. We can control our responses, our words and our actions. We can step back or be enticed. We can respond in grace or lash back. We can let God rise up to move through us or we can let the old us take the drivers seat to make a bad situation worse. As we allow God’s love to govern what we say and do,we can learn to retain our peace as we live and deal with situations God’s way. Praise God today that He’s always with us, as our strength to help us deal with all situations.
