Jesus came to give use eternal life

We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life. This one who is life itself was revealed to us, and we have seen him. And now we testify and proclaim to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was revealed to us. 1 John 1:1-2.

Jesus came to earth to reconcile humanity back to God, so that we could be made right with Him. Draw near to Him today and allow His peace to flood your being, to guide your decisions and actions so that your joy may be filled. Bring your struggles to Him today and allow His wisdom and strength to lead you through. Thank God today that He loved us so much that He sent Jesus into the world so that as we put our trust in Him, we can be made right with God and live in the fullness of all that He has for us.
