Jesus is the light of the world

Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, "I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won't have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life." John 8:12.

There are so many influences that are pulling you in different directions today. Different ideas, fads, and ways of living that'll only bring temporary satisfaction that won't last. The world encourages you to chase material gain and popularity that will never satisfy. Only Jesus can truly satisfy your innermost yearnings to have peace with God and with man. God's Word never changes. It's the same yesterday, today and forever. God is not about an idea or philosophy but about total transformation in how you think and see the world. Thank Jesus today that as we follow Him, He'll be our guiding light so that we can see what's truly important in life and live the life that God had always intended for us.
