Jesus wants to give us rest

Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. Ps 55:22. We must keep ourselves anchored into the heart of God so we can rest in His promises even though they have not yet come to pass. Jesus also said to give Him our burdens and He will give us rest (Mt11:29), that’s also further confirmed in (1Pet5:7) that instructs us to cast our cares on Him. As we keep our eyes on God He will keep His eyes on us. As we draw nearer to Him He will help us to clear those things that are holding us back. We must realise that His peace is His presence in our life and not the absence of problems. As we learn to abide in Him we will truly find peace and rest regardless of what’s happening in our life. Praise God today for His presence in our life and that as we rest in Him we can walk in His peace and see the fulfilment of His promises in our life. Prayerchair.org

Want to get involved?Contact us

Come and join us on the streets on a Saturday to see if this is something you would like to become involved with.

We hold regular training days to ensure everyone who ministers on the streets is given the training they require.

If street evangelism is not your calling we also need intercessors to pray for the teams as well as website and admin assistance.

Thanks, we will be intouch soon.
