Let love be your motivation

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. And do everything with love. 1 Cor 16:13,14. These are final parting words in Paul’s letter. We must be strong in our faith and vigilant in our walk so that we don’t succumb to temptation. There will be times when we must step out in courage to take a stand. Courage is not the absence of fear but the knowledge that what must be done is more important than your fear. We must take the first steps and God will meet us to take us through. Above all,our motivation must be love and not revenge. Love will conquer everything. Even the most hardened heart will soften when exposed to Gods love flowing through others. Pray for those who persecute you and allow Gods love to flow through you to touch others lives. Praise God today that its because of His great love for us that we can love others, draw on His strength and walk with peace in our heart always.
