Remove those obstacles that can hinder your relationship with God

“So if you are presenting a sacrifice at the altar in the Temple and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you, leave your sacrifice there at the altar. Go and be reconciled to that person. Then come and offer your sacrifice to God. Mat 5:23-24. Remove those obstacles that can hinder your relationship with God. If you are aware that someone is holding something against you, deal with it quickly. Trust that God’s reconciling love will flow to bring restoration and forgiveness into those situations. There is a place of intimacy that God desires in your relationship with Him that you can only reach with a clear heart and conscience. You can only truly praise and worship Him when you’re at peace with man and God. Praise Him today for unconditionally loving you just as you are. Ask God to highlight any situations you should deal with that could be holding you back from drawing nearer to Him.
