Success for Jesus was to do the will of the Father

but I will do what the Father requires of me, so that the world will know that I love the Father. Jn14:31a. The world measures success in many ways that are not God’s ways, wealth, materiality, fame etc. but Jesus shows us what He considered to be the greatest success and that was to do the will of the Father. So many people who have so much by the worlds standards are not happy, they lack purpose and significance in their life, that is exactly what God has for each one of us. Jer 29:11 says that God has a perfect plan and purpose for each life to give you a future and a hope. God knows exactly how you were made and has designed a plan and purpose for your life that will give you the greatest fulfilment possible. Praise God today that His way is the best way and as you draw near to Him, He will stir your heart with what He has for you that will bring you joy, peace, happiness and fulfilment in your life.
