There is power in your words

Patience can persuade a prince, and soft speech can break bones. Proverbs 25:15.

There is power in your words. Gentle words in humility can change everything. Timing is also just as important, as you need to wait until people are ready to hear what they need to hear. Sometimes people can't see what you can see so great patience and gentleness may be required. Don't let your emotions take over as you can make a difficult situation even worse. People can sense when your words come from a genuine heart and in this way they'll listen to you and you'll have the ability to impact their life. At times we'll need God's wisdom in what to say and when. As we ask God for His wisdom, He'll give it to us. However, we must be willing to listen as His ways are not our ways and He may guide us in a way we were not expecting. Praise God today that as we rely on Him, He'll give us the words we need to say and when.
