Your actions reveal who you are

Remember that those who do good prove that they are God’s children, and those who do evil prove that they do not know God. 3Jn 1:11b. Your actions speak louder than words. It’s God in you that should shine through you. St Francis of Assissi said we should always be evangelising, and only if necessary, use words.. It’s our actions that people see, especially when we promise to do something- that we do what we said we would do. The fruit of the Spirit will also be evident in all that we do-love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Gal5:22-23). When God’s love flows through us,being a blessing and loving others will become natural and be a part of who we are. Praise God today that He’s made a way for us to be a blessing to others, that through the love of Jesus flowing through our life, people will see God in all that we do and reveal His goodness to a hurting world.
