Your thoughts will determine your quality of life

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Ph 4:8. What we focus on will direct our response and actions. If we start to think wrongly about others, animosity and ill will, will manifest themselves to rob your peace. As you start directing your thoughts to gratitude and things that are uplifting you will start to see the best in others, even in the midst of difficulties. If God brought you to it, He will bring you through it. Don’t look to your problems, but look to Jesus who will take you through. So let your thoughts be uplifting and look beyond your problems to where you would like to be. Praise God today that in Him we have our rest and peace and as we direct our thoughts to the good and not the bad, we can be blessed in all situations.
